gers. could have been a desperation move in large part Dutch, but more of KK's calculations in the move than just that factor alone? GOOD Partnerships are always welcome? But, IMO only, GERS might have to start from the beginning again in some areas? Attis locked-up quite a bit of GERS' assets as far as I can see, so it will be tough treading if that Appeal Court ruling does not go our way?

That collaborative move with Attis to build 1 or more Green fuel plants might be a good revenue maker down the line? But I don't know if it will prove to affect GERS PPS that much,....at least not as much as ATTIS's PPS? But who knows?

It is just too bad that the Court case couldn't be settled earlier, where the financial strains would be largely lifted off of GERS shoulders? Yes, anything can happen in the P-S venue, but if GERS loses, I will have NO FAITH at all in the Business judicial system!

I hope, if all the cash cannot be given up front, that those underhanded I-Co's will pay their due Penalties for the rest of their Business lifetimes? Amen!!! GLTA...
