IMO FINRA may have finally begun looking at the history of management before blindly rubber stamping R/S requests. Those with repeated histories of using R/S's to lift then burn down stocks again and again should be forced out of this industry. Their only recourse will be to commit their crimes in a private arena where they can finally be prosecuted by their victims.
