Click here. Awww bummer for SQM and Albemarle... as if they don't already have enough problems.

The question anew is will they now fight the tree-huggers with (more) expensive high-powered lawyers or will they try to buy new untapped Salars with more abundant/replenish-able aquifers for future mining?
