If change to the cities grid is approved , saracuse will pay (national grid)850$ per st. light. All work will be done by local contractors. won't start till Feb. and completed by August by estimates. Unfortunately this is not vpers project.NY is looking to be the largest city with a smart power grid. Till then hope burns eternal.
