2. Company has issued milllions of shares to notorious penny stock scammers such as Chardan, Doug Leighton and Dutchess Capital, Barry Honig and people like John O’Rouke who has been at the center of a SEC investigation for his involvement in RIOT Blockcahin.

3. Company has made horrific investments in companies like Odava and Whaxy.

4. Company is completely mismanaged and hundreds of thousands of dollars went missing as represented by a lawsuit filed by the old Board )all of whom were paid off to turn the other cheek)
