Ha! DD the Verus foods registered with the state of DE does have 10b shares. however it was registered in 2016 with 10b shares the share structure was not updates. Rbiz has been updated with 1.5 billion shares. when the filling is completed to change the name the share structure of this company will move forwarded into the new company.

here is the more up to date information without any associated share structure and will be updated once the name change is complete.
