it's BLATANTLY OBVIOUS (even for a 1st yr LAW Student)

that HERA GROSSLY VIOLATES the MOST BASIC PRECEPTS

of the CONSTITUTION - JUDICIAL REVIEW of LAW

as well as the RELIEF & COMPENSATION for DAMAGES

it's got nothing to do with Liberal or Conservative JUDGES

*** When you PAY OFF a Car Loan or MORTGAGE plus Interest
you HAVE the EXPECTATION to STOP MAKING ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ?

these JUDGES actually NEED to BE CONVINCED that the GOVT & HERA
VIOLATE the MOST BASIC CONCEPTS of FAIR DEALING ???
AND ARE TAKING MUCH MORE than they are ENTITLED ???
