Thanks MM OTCX! I'm now Out of Dry Powder until Tomorrow!
I hope OTCX can do it again!
It looks like MM's are trying to shake Weak Hands.
The upside is it allows us to Load also.
Level II has been real thin. A Few hundred thousand share buy or sell will causing it to Jump all over the place. I find it better to load 200,000 or less at a time. Bigger orders really cause it to Fluctuate!
One Big Whale could take it out of sub penny for good.
