This is a high profile shell taken over by David Lazar (Custodian LLC). The initial filing Appointment of A Custodian for One World Ventures Inc was submitted on Mar 7, 2018. Today David Lazar's Motion to Terminate Custodianship was granted which marks the completion of the custodian process.

On 07/27/2018, the company updated its annual list showing Damu Lin as its sole officer. The listed officer address is same as AQUEOUS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION which is a MJ investment advisory firm. AIC website (aqueousinternational.com) clearly listed its MJ affiliation until their most recent update to bury all the information under the password protected section. However, AIC's Wecannect page still claims they are specialized in the cannabis industry.

It is very likely AIC going to put its client or multiple clients into this shell.

The timeline with OWVI has a much faster pace comparing to any other Lazar's shells. This fast-tracked shell taken over makes it easy to believe the merger partner was arranged when the shell was chosen. Among all the Lazar shells, OWVI has the largest OS of 2.8 billion. Since shells with much smaller OS were still put up for sale by Lazar, this confirms the aforementioned theory.

After Lazar was awarded the shell in April, he has updated all its unaudited financial reports up to the 2nd quarter 2018. OWVI is trading pink current since July this year.
