Did you notice the wording with respect to the drug?

A bit different from their earlier stance with moving forward with trials.

"We remain confident that our
continued prosecution of our patent related to the Company’s drug candidate CVSI-007
should result in an issued patent with proprietary technology.”

It seems the previous press release raised some eyebrows.
