Business profile on OTCM is updated. I bet after they get current we'll see some acquisition/merger. With a 175 float looks to me like dollars coming.

USA Equities Corp. f/k/a American Biogenetic Sciences, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on September 1, 1983. Prior to ceasing its operations in 2002, the Company was engaged in the research, development and production of bio-pharmaceutical products. In September 2002, the Company filed for bankruptcy under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the Eastern District of New York and in November 2005, the Company emerged from bankruptcy. On August 13, 2010, the Company's sole officer/director transferred and assigned his control stock position to an unrelated third party, Troy J. Grogan. In May 2015, Mr. Grogan was appointed as a director and CFO. In April 2015, the Company incorporated USA Equity Trust, Inc. as a wholly-owned Delaware subsidiary for the purpose of acquiring real estate. On June 28, 2018 the Company appointed Troy J. Grogan to Chairman of Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. The Company has no present operations and has determined to direct its efforts to pursue acquisitions and/or effect a business combination.
