Jose you keep talking about dilution dilution dilution - (can’t you come up with something different?) -
There are minuscule amounts of dilution in the prom notes just enough for cash flow.
You are right the POTENTIAL for dilution is there in the creation of 2billion new shares. However these are almost certainly set aside for the new partner who will fund and probably develop Gen1 and Gen2.
