They are not right, Value. I predict that we will be trading at $1.50 some time in October ahead of the first distribution. After the first distribution, the 5c cash dividend, and the second distribution, we will still be trading at $1. In the mean time I also expect one of the other drivers to materialize. One, or perhaps two even, before the end of the year. Which could take us to $2 or $3.
A SJAP sale? Not very likely. A partner for CA? Not very likely. A $100M loan? Not very likely. Pre-IPO financing? Possibly. A big contract for cooperatives? Possibly. A CA spin-off? Possibly.
