I don't know why they wouldn't, and since they went through a 7 hour meeting, and revised the manuals, which is pretty standard, and have been preparing for this for years, I cannot see why they would not grant them a license.

Let's say they did not get the license, I do not think they would give up trying to be honest.

Some companies have to do several changes to the application.

I believe that it will come, and the WHAM!!!!!!!
