I don't know - NGCG filed a Motion to Dismiss in March and the Judge hasn't ruled on the Motion.

Ruppert and his wife have another lawsuit pending since 2012.

It does make sense to stop until the case is settled - because if Ruppert won the share structure would be destroyed.
