He has no lawsuit to drop...just a dumb counter claim in MEC's share fraud case against him.

He lost his frivolous lawsuits against the auditors, stock transfer agent, and shareholders.

And it's not too late for Ken Maciora to come clean and drop the law suits. Will he?
