$ATLC hit the key BREAKOUT level after a steady bounce off the bottom and shorts will have to cover. Stock has a very low float and could see $3-$4 dollars if it goes in a run like it did 3 weeks ago. MASSIVE short squeeze is what I'm holing on for.
