I would not be surprised if we start seeing claims that production in Cauchari is 22 months away or even less, just like we previously heard it was only 17 months away. Those claims would be incorrect as the current best estimate for first production is a range anywhere from 22 to 28 months away, provided everything goes by schedule. I am not worried as I understand the importance of Ganfeng’s team coming up to speed to work on the project. I am fine if the project takes 22 or 28 months or even a few more due to a delay or two (hopefully not). What’s more important is to get it completed the correctly and soon. Let’s also not forget that the company has announced that they expect a 12 month ramp up period to achieve full production, so the first year will have lower production numbers.
