FYI, the second half of 2020 means during the last 6 months or the second semester of 2020, which is anywhere from July 2020 to December 2020. If LAC had meant July of 2020, they would have stated July of 2020 instead of second half of 2020. They didn’t even want to commit to a month or a quarter and that is ok with me. Therefore, the company has clearly stated that first production will occur during the second half of 2020 and that covers a range of 22 to 28 months from now, certainly not 17.

I welcome all to listen from 32:30 to 33:20 to decide for yourselves. The gentleman from LAC clearly does not want to commit to a specific month and only commits to the second half of 2020. Here is the link one more time:
