In their defense. The new business model has not launched yet. So there is no revenue from this model. They are getting into advertising and not going after infringers with lawsuits. So there is no way to know how successful or unsuccessful this will be. I do think the ICO is not going great due the overall crypto market. All ICOs are not doing well right now but there will be an eventual correction. With that said, a successful ICO is not needed to launch their new business plan. Its just a wait and see game from here. But trust me, I'm just as frustrated as you are. I wish for different management.
