Funny think is ARCI CFO is also the CFO of Live Ventures so this Virland Johnson is in control of the numbers on both sides of these companies.

So not only do we have a Father - Son Tag Team happening, but also the Numbers guy. Bonuses like this are tantamount to taking a bribe. And lets not forget, one of the largest corporate ripoffs in history via Enron pulled these same manuevers having deals go down with people on both sides of the table. It is a clear Conflict of Interest.
