Could be, so play help me understand how. After 35 years in the markets I know I have much more to learn, but my math isn't working this one out.

If one is a ETRF trader and buys 911 shares at .00021 and pays 6.95 cm there BEP would be around .00784 NOW THAT PLAYING RISKY.

Just the same MM's do make signals and need to to make the markets. A phone call or email would equal jail time, a nod or gesture across the "electronic floor" is the norm. (IMNHO)
