I believe that there is little understanding regarding the massive natural gas infrastructure already in place in the San Juan Basin with regards to PetroSun helium extraction midstream equipment to Grade 5 (99.999%) purity when it comes to the M&M/IPC acquisition announcement. Additionally PetroSun will now have both existing oil & gas foundation production revenue; which in my opinion is VERY important for any company that is involved with E&P activities.
