if MJ is legalized at the federal level THIS YEAR during mid-term elections, I would not be surprised if RBII shares went from half penny to 5 dollars in like a 4 months frame. with millions of people going to theaters to watch the new movie about CAnnabax and weed being legal in CA, OH, NY FL etc. companies like Glaxo-Smith Kline Pfizer, etc. are probably frothing at the mouth over RBII right about now. half penny is chump change compared to the market possibility out there. I don't own any shares of RBII at half penny level, slightly higher in the 6s 7s & 8s & 9s and 1 penny + but if I was you I'd jump these half penny levels
