$JMU is trying to get the bounce going - the volume spike last week is promising - needs to close above the middle Bollinger Band at 1.68 & turn it into support to get a new up trend going - as this chart shows the middle BB has been the tough level to break - the algorithms are set to not let it break with a close above - once they do it will be a bullish change in trend -
