Reverse Split maybe NOT needed..

In this post of another ticker..it talks about uplisting.. and the time it could take. Imminent shouldn't be used unless all audits are done and stock price is over the .01 for 20 days..

This could take a year or longer just to get to the OTCQB..which gives them plenty of time to buy back/retire adjust the A/S accordingly.
