At which the sole officer director is said to be Steven Cochrane. Not Wanner. Donald Wanner of Chandler, Arizona was the CEO of the Swingplane that is the public shell:

For some reason, though, the shell scammers say Donald Ray Lamont Wanner--the real former CEO of SWVI--is now the company's "non-commercial" resident agent. Why?

In any case, it's past time the authorities did something about this.
