imo, i believe it can alleviate joint pain and sore muscles - i had been at a tennis tournament all week, not playing, spectating, but it involved lots of walking and i tried this drink when i was leaving palm springs and really was relaxed on the airplane after drinking the drink i think it was a pretty low dosage, maybe 20mg for the 12 oz drink, but a higher dose would be better for relieving pain, all imo of course
