So who is "Steven Cochrane", who's listed as sole officer of the fake entity? Though probably we shouldn't say "fake". Someone just created a second company called Swingplane Ventures in Nevada. The trick will be for the perps to convince the transfer agent that it's the public shell, which it is not.

Back in 2013, the transfer agent was Empire; it probably still is.
