The patent Grant is the most likely hold up. This would gain ABWN exclusivity to air to air communications and increase valuations significantly.

Facebook working with Mynaric was a big clue especially occurring in ABWN’s backyard and that ABWN has design and service agreements with Mynaric to test lasers air-ground communication.

Why delay in 2 plane demo? Wouldn’t have to wait on patent.. but if patented is granted and 2 plane test successful, this becomes worth a lot immediately!

Quite possibly they have been in negotiation on deal since they don’t really care about SS..
