I know brother. I can make the connections and they paint a wonderful picture. But until I hear otherwise, I must zero in and concentrate on direct, known variables. Even if JV is the intended direction, there must be a contingency plan in place. I tend to concentrate on worst case scenario and outline a plan of survival and flourishment. One of my biggest fears - getting caught with my pants down....Contingency plans are our friends. It's unfortunate how so few recognize their value....
