Here was the settlement to the SEC complaint this guy keeps posting as smear posts...this business WAS OVER AND DONE WITH already...if you read the original complaint it involved what the sec considered an overstatement of assets after a buy, a $10,000 amount that the SEC said Mona should return to Cannavest, and other sundry things. Let me add that in April, before that final settlement by the SEC, this was stated in the "class action"...note even at that time market manipulation charges were "dissmissed against all defendants."

Hemp Oil Co. Still Faces Class Action Over Hyped Acquisition

"A New York federal judge on Saturday found there was merit to a securities class action accusing a hemp oil company of significantly overstating its goodwill and sales in early 2013, though he granted some dismissals for individuals affiliated with the company and dismissed market manipulation claims against all the defendants."
