what you are saying is that it is more important to benefit one class of investors at the cost of others with dilution even when that MAY NOT BE necessary at all, and that too with the plans from vested interests, simply because they have political influence. In case of Moelis, Moelis themselves have realized the problems with their earlier plan and have rightly corrected with their new recommendations. But you seem to be still promoting the earlier plan.
If FnF and shareholders decide that capital requirements can be met with the better plans, then they should be allowed to do so without any outside influence.
