because as soon as they try to exercise them they'll get sued for wrongful takings as the pretext for which they were granted was demonstrably false.



Given the lack of success in courtrooms so far why do you think such a lawsuit would be successful?

What law does it break? I don't see how the pretext matters in a legal sense.
