well there is obviously 20 million in the pot because the bankrubtcy judge allowed it. Highly unlikely the judge would award if the judge was not aware monies were forth coming. It's interesting that I found the plants were valued at 90 million. And the debt holders that swapped debt for shares actually defended us. In my opinion we go out at 2 to 4 cents a share. Try buying 1 million shares at the market and see what happens.
