Just what would you consider BAD NEWS?

Would the fact that 98.8% of the common stock was sold off as of August be BAD NEWS or GOOD NEWS?

Would losses of $733K during a period of record oil prices be BAD NEWS or GOOD NEWS?

How about non-compliace with BDC requirements and a letter from the SEC? GOOD or BAD NEWS?

Zero income or revenue or expense from the 'profit center rig' investeee, in your esteemed opinion, is that BAD NEWS or GOOD NEWS?

I'm having a hard time grasping what you would consider actual BAD NEWS.
