There is a $25 million judgement against Baltia. If the company gets anything of value, Logistics Air will enforce the judgement against it.

There is no possibility of success. If Tony wants to start an airline, he has to walk away, spend $125 and create a new debt free NY State Corporation. It would be insane to try to salvage Baltia.

Tony very likely has real problems on his near horizon.
