I might be wrong but this feels like a buyout or a partner coming on board. The company have also been very open with shareholders except for lately I assume from what I have seen on the board but I think they are really keeping quiet for a reason, perhaps until they get things lined up for the reveal. They probably sent the last newsletter cause of the pulse of shareholders. This is just what I am thinking but I have been in many pennies that did just this, volume for a long while then idled and then the news, important documents came and they exploded quickly like I said I might be wrong but seems like the last newsletter had a lot of great information in it and a lot that could not be told.
