Unfortunately, my response must be somewhat limited so that I am not providing nonpublic information.
For now, I must refer you to the website, xyzhemp.com, which continues to be a work in progress. Our efforts continue to be limited to what can be disseminated consistent with legal requirements and in order to avoid misleading the public.
I regret that we haven't been able to input all of the information in a cohesive manner. We hope that in the not-too-distant future you will find the appearance of the website to be more professional and more informative. Updates and clarifications will be made via our news, social media, website, and filings on OTC Markets as we continue growing the companies involved.  Further details will be released that hopefully will answer any questions or concerns. 
I can assure you that this initiative is very real and that the management team sincerely believes in what they are doing to bring shareholder value.
We are poised to bring value long term. Each of these initiatives take time. There is a substantial amount of professional work to make this the success we envision. It may be difficult to see this short term. This is particularly true because we are not focused on short-term items.
We regret being unable to disclose this and various other matters. However, this should be more evident in approximately 40 days from now.
