The penny.junk.stock exchange.is full.of companies like Imagin. They mostly crap out and go away. I expect that will happen in this case. Over promise and under deliver is their creedo. These stocks are at the margins of the legitimate stock market and most brokers would tell you not to touch them with a ten foot pole! Imagin has lived up to those expectations! Management in in ostrich mode hoping it will all go away while their share price keeps eroding because confidence is totally lost on a stock that had little of it to begin with that trades on an exchange with VERY questionable companies on it! of which Imagin is beginning to look like very much like one of them! Sell my friends this one is going way lower. In my opinion.
