Argonne Capital Group has a family member of CEO in acquisition team? Is that a related party transaction?
This is not filed in an 8-K so far.
We can assume Klump/Argonne was "well informed" about CYDY back then. So his $5M investment for $5.7M principal + 10% (11-13M shares @ 55c strike) might be seen as a good investment, maybe even not high enough? Let's hope he converts the debt soon. (o8>

And yes, CEO has just sold shares via his spouse as shown in our ownership piece - so $600k annual and no show of confidence.
Other wealthy Directors are in big and quite at the water line right now, no gains yet.

Klump from Argonne w/o biotech knowledge on BOD after they mumbled something about sector professionals shall outweigh the BOD? So another thing to be watch. Activity at least.

So a 55c per share plus 1/2 Warrant might go for a good next Paulson round here?
