Debate about what was delivered is useless, if the Army is pleased with the shootpacks panels, then fine! Maybe the Army is not willing to disclose how the panels will be incorporated in their shootpacks?

What matters is the Company delivering what the client wants and the business it generates for the Company!

Maybe we won’t hear about the result of the army’s tests but if they provide additional funding for material, then we have a good indication, specially if the next funding is in several millions of dollars!
