One guy (William Pritchard) owns 1.8 million, so the float is only about 13 million shares. A 1 for 2 reverse split would knock the float down to 6.5 million shares. If they get to $80 million of revenue, the stock price should be high enough to uplist if they wanted to. I’m fine with them being otc though. They’re so small right now that there’s no real reason to be on a big exchange.
