Legitimate? Audited financials are just giving a snapshot of the company's standing at that moment in time. If you read through them they point to a going concern, dilution, and a balance sheet that is a disaster. Yes that is all common in the OTC but your statement that a 15k audit makes the company legitimate is laughable.
