This is lawyerspeak.

Yes the company has enough money to last until June 2019 in the sense that it would run out of cash on that date.

No, in the sense that long before that the auditor would spring the going concern issue and employees would be running to new employers.

The skinny. If Ken doesn't close a deal SOON, expect another dilution for 30m shares at 75 cents a share by next January-February at the latest.

You have to ask yourself, "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do you short punk?
