it's called a stock loan agreement whereby the company pledges a huge slug of shares and gets probable 70%+ LTV so the "lender" sells the shares under an ATM agreement and flows 70% of the cash proceeds back to the company. assuming the shares bounce then the company repays the lender and recovers the shares. risky but that's the epic volume you're seeking in the past several hours.
