Why are people so surprised at the 10Q? This is a startup with very real R&D expenses and no source of revenue. If they had the cash to fund the development and get this off the ground they would be private!

You dilute to raise needed cash and once revenue starts coming in you deal with the dilution then.

Everyone needs to relax, this is all very normal. Until the day it fails a trial or it becomes unrealistic to continue, just hang on or get out.

I'm in for the long haul. Hero or zero!
