They have had an RS and it is once again at the bottom of THE PPS threshold for Retail purchases. The PR's and Newsletters are worthless when it comes to THE PPS for Commons Shareholders. The ONLY people who are benefiting from this TICKER is Darin and his buddies IMO. THE PR's and Newsletters are NOTHING BUT FLUFF Articles that the company knows they an get away with without anything concrete filing with the SEC due to the Safe Harbor/Forward looking statement. The company has FAILED to this date the SHAREHOLDERS who have trusted them through the years and if SOMEONE by now does not see it then they are JUST IN DENIAL.
