Spoke to TA account exec last week..
Probably why otcmarkets.com got updated. He gave me the Rep's name who currently handles legal matters for NWTT. He is in Sandy Utah. Basically told me that a Canadian company bought the shell from MinnyMar last year but is unable to do anything with it. Didn't say who the Canadian company is, but that they are considering lawsuit against Minny to get their money back. Why the Canadian company can't do anything with the shell is a mystery. Just a guess, they got suckered into buying on the premis to obtain financing from Minny which ultimately fell apart. Jack paraphrased the situation nicely. Quote: "The Canadian company bought a New Car with a Blown Engine".
