LOL...Noting "securities fraud?" begs the question. In my DD I showed the last noteable SEC issue with CVSI. That Citron accuses CVSI of it isn't market affecting. Shouting doesn't make you right. I see NO other indication other than CITRON making the accusation. I citing is not basis for claiming that you've done your DD. I'm done here. Write in caps at someone else.
